Problem
The M220x has mechanical, hydraulic, and motion subsystems, and there was no native CAD to start from. All I had was technical documentation.
What I did
I modeled each subsystem as its own build from the documentation and fixed the interface geometry and motion constraints before assembling the full machine. I documented the interfaces and constraints alongside the CAD.
Result
The top-level assembly moves like the real machine and the motion study closes. The subsystem models, assembly, and drawings are ready to use as a reference for later analysis.
