Problem
Technology, capability, and product roadmaps lived in separate Excel files with no shared timeline, and investor decks were rebuilt by hand every round.
What I did
I kept Excel as the place people write roadmaps and wrote a Python parser for the existing templates, a schema, and a chart generator. It draws all three roadmaps on one time axis with risk, budget, and schedule overlays.
Result
The roadmap comes straight from the source templates, so strategy reviews and investor meetings no longer need a separately maintained deck.
